Questions owners ask
Straight answers
I'm on Toast. Does this work?
Yes. We read your menu and stock from Toast. Tickets arrive by printer and text rather than inside Toast, because Toast does not let outside orders in without a partner deal. If that changes, you will hear it from us first.
What if the assistant can't finish the order?
It hands the customer your page with one tap and they finish in about twenty seconds. Either way the order is direct and commission-free. We test Claude, ChatGPT, and Google every month and tell you what each can do.
What happens when I run out of something?
Text "86 barbacoa" and it is gone from every assistant and from your page. Text "back barbacoa" to restore it. On Clover and Square, marking it sold out in the POS does the same automatically.
Who handles refunds?
You do, with the order in front of you. Nobody refunds on your behalf and bills you later. Customers who pay at the counter cannot dispute a card charge at all.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Leave any time and take your customer list, menu, and order history with you as a file.
Do you do delivery?
No. Pickup only. Keep the apps for delivery if you want them; we never touch those orders.
